CONTENT
This zine replicates your typical lifestyle magazine and will contain articles pertaining to Chinese culture. The zine will be divided into sections, each covering different topics like fashion, the arts, food, travel and many more. Artists will have a chance to collaborate with writers on these articles or work on their own to create advertisements in the zine. Contributors may use characters from the following danmei in their articles or advertisements.

BEHIND THE CONCEPT
The name TREASURE reveals our appreciation for Chinese culture and how we ought to treasure the rich history cultivated by our ancestors. It also signifies the everlasting love between our leads in danmei and how they are each other's most precious treasure.
While the first edition only features the four most well-known danmei at the moment, it is our hope that future editions will include characters from other danmei.

COMPENSATION
While we aim to be able to provide a free bundle (physical copy + merch) to all our contributors, this is a non-profit project and our budget may not allow for it. As a result, contributors will only be guaranteed a PDF version of the zine for now.
During sales, a tip jar will be opened for supporters to donate if they so wish. Proceeds will be used to provide contributors with a free physical copy of the zine OR a discount on their purchase should there be insufficient funds to fairly compensate everyone with a hard copy.
ABOUT
TREASURE, or affectionately named 金宝 (jīn bǎo) in mandarin, is a culture zine featuring the characters we adore from across various danmei. It is a non-profit, SFW project that will include written works, art, as well as merch from various contributors.
